What I Ate

This is going to be a different type of post! I decided to do a round up of a few of the meals I had in the past week. I think being in college and not knowing how to cook, you have to get creative and not just eat the same thing everyday. Being healthy is also my main objective recently. I have been working out every week day and started to eat healthier. While these pictures are not all healthy, these are from the past week. They are both easy to make and easy to find meals since I do not know how to cook and could probably burn water if it was possible!

Breakfast
Breakfast is the hardest meal for me since I am not always hungry. I usually take something that will fill me up though through my classes. Greek yogurt with granola and oatmeal with fruit are my go-to.
Lunch

My lunch is usually a sandwich, salad, or wrap. I love something with lots of veggies because I just love veggies, not because I am trying to be healthy.
Snack

This is a bad snack, but low calorie chips and salsa are great for snack! My roommate made Pico De Gallo so I could not refuse. But for snack I usually just have an apple.
Dinner

Dinner is when I pack my protein. I always have something with meat, or mostly just chicken and veggies. I eat lots of protein at this time because I usually come back from my workout just before dinner.
